What We Do

Our Programs

Hope Lifeline

Being told your child needs a life-saving transplant is the beginning of a bittersweet journey. Like riding a rollercoaster, you experience many ups and downs with emotions ranging from joy to fear.

Hope Lifeline connects you directly to another transplant family who has experienced the journey you are on and will walk with you side by side to offer support and encouragement. Your mentor family will be there to carry you from heartache to hope.

Find support and encouragement from other CTI families who are walking a similar journey by joining our private Facebook group below.

Family Assistance

CTI provides direct financial support to families going through the transplant process. These funds are used to help offset the costs of parking, food, transportation, medicine and copays. Please contact your social worker if you have a need.

Donor Awareness

Did you know…

  • 95% of Americans are in favor of organ donation, but only 54% are registered organ donors.
  • Someone is added to the national transplant waiting list every 10 minutes.
  • 22 people die a day waiting for a life-saving organ donor.
  • One organ donor is capable of saving eight lives.

We partner with local donor awareness associations to bring this life-saving need to the community.
